私たちのビジョン：主のため、カンボジアのために世代を変える！！

Victory Generation Education Centre is a free Christian School, with fifty children and we add every year as the LORD has asked us to; personally I know we will increase until the LORD tells us to stop taking in children. We serve a healthy lunch every school open day, we have four full time staff and one part time teacher and the number of staff workers will increase as the children increases, we provide school uniforms, tables, chairs, school textbooks and even teach computer lessons to the senior students. We have acquired a plot of land and have plans building a complete school in the village as discipleship and missions training Center for all Nations. 

ビクトリー・ジェネレーション・エジュケーション・センターは、8年前に日本、アメリカ、アフリカなどの有志が協力して、貧困によって教育や食事を十分に受けることのできない子どもたちのために学校を建て、宣教師自らそこで教育、運営をしていくという為に作られたミッション系の小学校です。首都プノンペンからバスで4時間半のボクナウ村に学校があり、現在約50名の児童が在籍しています。毎年20名ほどの新入生を受け入れています。学校は月曜日から金曜日まで、日本の小学校に近い時間割で運営しています。休日以外は毎日栄養価の高い給食を提供しています。現在フルタイムのスタッフが4名勤務しています。また学校生活に必要な体操服、机や椅子、教科書などを提供し、中、高学年の児童にはコンピューターの授業も行い、学力向上に努めていきたいと思っています。また将来的には私有地を利用して、本校舎やその他多目的の施設、弟子訓練や宣教訓練センターの建設を予定しております。
